Comparing two properties comes down to an endless amount of ”what about’s” which is impossible to sum together and get an accurate estimate. However with Deep Learning, the manual labour of specifying a quantifier for each individual property of an apartment or a house can be automatically determined by a Neural Network by comparing each sold real estate property against each other.
